My stay at Grand Marian was quite disappointing. While I did experience excellent service from staff members like Pradeep at the front desk and Nawaraaj, the food quality and maintenance issues overshadowed the positives. The noisy bathroom exhaust fan and faulty room facilities were significant letdowns. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel unless improvements are made. 😞
